Yes — every herb and botanical we sell carries full organic certification. We source exclusively from farms certified to USDA Organic, EU Organic, or equivalent national standards. Certification documents are available on request.

Our minimum order is 250g per product. This gives you roughly 80–100 cups of tea depending on how strong you brew, and represents the sweet spot where bulk pricing really kicks in.

Store in the resealable kraft bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid humid environments like above the kettle. Properly stored, most herbs will stay fresh for 12–24 months.

We prioritise direct relationships with farmers and co-operatives. Some of our products carry formal Fair Trade certification (noted on the product page). All suppliers are vetted for fair wages and ethical working conditions.
